Our High-Efficiency Combo Unit was installed October, 2023. So far we are very satisfied with its' performance. Haven't had it long enough to realize Energy savings; but we are certain we will. I use the word "Combo" as it is now both our Boiler and "instant" Hot Water (tankless), all in one. Excellent space saving system. Note: 1. Original (oversized) Boiler and Hot Water Tank not shown in a photo; but the New System is. Wow, what a difference. 2. All work (installation) by T-Mark Plumbing, Heating, Electrical, & A/C. (Buffalo, NY area)

Water heater works excellent. Quiet, very efficient, simple to use. Very nice install, takes up less space than a tank heater. This install eliminate a problem with The tank heater possibly leaking and damaging by wood floors.

We had this Navien Tankless heater installed about 3 weeks ago and it has been working great. I have an external hot water circulating pump I installed 20 years ago and it works great with the Navien unit. The plumbing company that installed the unit did a great job and we are looking forward to lower gas bills and better use of water now that the 50 gal. take is gone. Amazing unit and it just unbelievable how the unit can heat water so fast! Great unit!

I have been using tankless water heaters for around 15 years now, in my rental properties, primary residence and have helped some family members with theirs. I used other so called “high end” brands with horrible results and then I discovered Navien… as far as I’m concerned no one else should even be allowed to produce tankless water heaters, Navien is king! I have a NPE180A natural gas in my house from 2012 and it finally started showing signs of failing a couple weeks ago so I called Navien technical support and they quickly diagnosed the problem, informed me that it was completely covered by warranty and overnighted me a heat exchanger and new control board! The installation was a breeze and I now have basically a brand new, top of the line water heater that with a little maintenance will likely last me another 15 years or more! Oh yeah, did I mention that Navien covered the cost of this 100%! I will never even look at another brand of Tankless Water Heaters! I just wish they would start producing furnaces and other appliances as well! Thank you for being the best Navien!

I have purchased NPE-240S2 model which is 199 BTU capacity. However A2 model with reservoir talk also available. I am happy with this model but installed since one month only. So I am not sure in future how it will be. But so far I am very happy with performance of hot water and pressure.

My Navien NPE240A2, including a NaviCirc recirculating bivalve, was installed in under 3.5 hrs and is working perfectly!! Hot water in 15 seconds👍. Thank you Navien and Lighthouse Plumbing 🤗. …

My whole house water heater was installed a week ago and so far, is supplying hot water without any issues. We even filled our 65-gallon bathtub with no interruption of hot water. We were told that using multiple hot water sources could result in decrease in flow, but having only a 2-person household, this has not been an issue.
